toni’s story:

Hey friend! I'm Toni, and my passion in life is helping women break free from the exhausting cycle of dieting and binge eating. Trust me, I've been through it too! As a student-athlete, I struggled for YEARS with binge eating, orthorexia (that's when being healthy becomes unhealthy), and hating my own body.

Picture this: strict rules during the week followed by weekend binge sessions that left me feeling gross and promising myself a fresh start every Monday. I get it, it's frustrating and can make you feel helpless. But let me tell you, there's hope!

After years of trying everything under the sun – endless YouTube videos, books, podcasts, you name it – I felt hopeless. Until one day, I realized it wasn't my fault. It wasn't a lack of willpower causing those binge episodes. I discovered that my pursuit of "health" was actually making things worse.

So, here I am, on a mission to help you stop binge eating and fall back in love with food and your body. I wish I had this kind of guidance years ago when I was desperately searching for help. I promise to provide a safe, friendly (& sometimes humourous🤪) space to go on this journey together and make lasting changes.

Thanks for reading my story, and I can’t wait to meet you! 🧡
